Eligible products — The AerCabin Gateproof Guarantee™ applies only to eligible AerCabin bags purchased directly from AerCabin. Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not covered.

Eligible airlines — The guarantee covers Ryanair and easyJet flights where the applicable underseat baggage allowance is 40 × 30 × 20 cm. Other airlines, charter flights, or routes with different baggage requirements are not included.

Claim conditions — Your bag must be used within its intended 40 × 30 × 20 cm dimensions. The bag must be properly compressed before boarding and must not be expanded using the expansion zipper. Bags that are overpacked, expanded, or not properly compressed are not eligible.

Fee reimbursement — If your eligible AerCabin bag is rejected at the gate despite meeting these conditions, we will reimburse the baggage fee charged, up to a maximum of £75 per approved claim.

How to make a claim — Email support@aercabin.com within 7 days of the incident. Please include your order number, a photo of your AerCabin bag inside the airline sizer, and a receipt showing the baggage fee you were charged.

One claim per order — The Gateproof Guarantee™ is limited to one approved claim per order and does not cover repeated incidents.

Refund or replacement — At our discretion, AerCabin may offer a full product refund or replacement instead of reimbursing the baggage fee.

Misuse — Claims containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information will be rejected and may result in restrictions on future claims.

Availability — AerCabin reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Gateproof Guarantee™ at any time. Purchases made before a change will remain subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of purchase.
